1. Who we are

Veroxos is a product of StableLogic. References to “Veroxos”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the StableLogic entity providing the Veroxos platform and website.

2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (forms, demo requests, account sign-ups), data from carrier and mobile telemetry where contracted, and analytics data subject to your cookie consent.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the Veroxos platform and services under contract.
• To respond to enquiries you submit.
• To send service communications.
• To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

4. Sub-processors

We maintain a current sub-processor list at /legal/security-compliance/. Material changes are notified to customers per GDPR Article 28(2).

5. Your rights

EU/UK data subjects can exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights. Contact privacy@veroxos.com.

6. Retention

Marketing leads: 24 months after last interaction. Platform data: per the customer contract. Web analytics: 14 months.

7. Transfers

EU/UK personal data: SCCs and supplementary measures in place per GDPR Chapter V. UK IDTA available on request.
