How to prepare your device
Follow these four steps to prepare your retired mobile device for collection. Should take 15 minutes. Veroxos handles everything else.

1. Back up your device
Use Apple iCloud or Google account backup. Verify the backup completed before continuing.

2. Remove personal accounts
Sign out of all accounts, including Apple ID, Google, work email and any social apps. iMessage and Find My must be disabled before shipping.

3. Factory reset
Settings → General → Transfer or Reset. Choose "Erase All Content and Settings". Confirm with your passcode and Apple ID password.

4. Package for shipping
Use the prepaid Veroxos return mailer included in your replacement device shipment. Tracking is automatic; no signature required.
