Boston Scientific: $4.2M recovered in first audit
12,400 lines · 38 countries. Products: TEM, Mobility, AI Copilot
The challenge
Boston Scientific runs a global mobile and telecom estate across 38 countries with regional carrier contracts, multiple cost centres and an internal audit cadence that was both expensive and rear-mirror. Recovery was happening 18 months after the overcharge, and only on a sample basis. Disputes were drowning the team.
The solution
Veroxos onboarded the full estate in 90 days. The TEM module ingested every carrier invoice; the AI Copilot validated lines against the contract repository in real time. Where it found anomalies, it drafted dispute letters and routed them to a Veroxos team member for approval. The Copilot also surfaced rate-plan optimisations the internal team had not had time to chase.
The outcome
In the first audit cycle, Veroxos surfaced and recovered $4.2M in carrier overcharges across 23,400 lines. Time-to-credit dropped from 18 months to 14 weeks. The Boston Scientific telecom team now spends its time on enablement, not invoice reconciliation.
“Veroxos surfaced $4.2M in carrier overcharges in the first audit cycle — and gave our team a single pane of glass for everything from invoice disputes to device disposition. The AI Copilot is the difference.”
